References to “we”, “us” and “our” in these terms mean ORIENTTECH PRO INC. References to “you” mean anyone who accesses or uses our website, contacts us, or requests a quote.

We provide independent guidance and comparison services for insurance products, including auto, home, life, renters and business insurance. As an independent agency:

• We may receive commission or other compensation from a carrier when a policy is placed. This does not change our obligation to act in your interest.
• We may not have access to every carrier or product available in your state, and availability varies by insurer and jurisdiction.

We explain coverage options, limits and deductibles in plain language so you can make an informed decision. However:

• We do not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.
• Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes a legal opinion or a recommendation of a specific financial strategy.

Quotes and estimates we provide are based on the information you supply and on carrier underwriting rules available at the time. Please note:

• A quote is not an offer of insurance. Coverage only begins once a carrier accepts your application and issues a policy, and any required premium is paid.
• Quotes may change if the information you provide is inaccurate or incomplete, or if a carrier’s underwriting rules change.
• Quotes may be withdrawn or corrected at any time before a policy is issued.
• Final terms, conditions, exclusions and premium are set by the issuing carrier, not by us.

06 Accuracy of your information

To provide accurate guidance, we rely on the information you give us. You agree to:

• Provide information that is accurate, current and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• Promptly tell us if any information you provided changes.
• Not impersonate another person or use false details.

Please don’t send sensitive information through our website forms. This includes Social Security numbers, driver’s licence numbers, payment card details or medical information. If we need any of these to progress a quote, we will tell you how to provide them securely.

We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information you supply to us or to a carrier.
